It seems I read that there is no legal training required for a person to serve as a U.S. Supreme Court Justice, but I thought there was a requirement for attorneys to have a valid license to practice or to serve the court? Maybe not? If true, then DA Boudin and anyone else who can be proven to have acted outside of high ethical standards, could be sanctioned by the S.F. or State Bar Assoc. Why hasn't that happened.

If the RE-CALL works, I'll be both shocked and pleased.

Please let us know what we can proactively DO as the people who love San Francisco & the law enforcement that protect & serve what was once & still can be a fine city. Many of us are tired of seeing what’s going & ready to step up with duties.

Fascinating. Thanks for covering it. Was the judge's decision to continue made with the new knowledge of "Hayashi said she was told, under the threat of being fired, to remove the exculpatory evidence from the arrest warrant she prepared on Officer Stangel."

I was told the judge focused more on the MOU agreement between SFPD and the DA, and interpreted the withholding of evidence only affected the MOU. The 3 prosecutors, two who were hired to conduct investigations in IIB, all spoke over each other and overwhelmed the judge
