If I understand correctly, if you want your candidate to carry through the 2nd or and third rounds, you may enter the same person's name three (3) times. I'm not positive if this is allowed, or if it helps, because the system is so confusing. All I know for sure is Ranked Choice was not designed to make sure the people's voices are heard. And it can push a loser like Boudin ahead making him the winner. Maybe Lou can answer these Q's?
